You are welcome to contact me via email or telephone and I am happy to answer questions you may have. Choosing to begin psychotherapy is an important and often life changing decision, therefore it’s important to make sure you choose the right therapist. With this in mind I think it is important that we meet for a few sessions during which time we can discuss your needs and see if we are ‘a good fit’. I am happy to undertake short work or open-ended work. This is something we can talk about in the first session.

An initial appointment will be for an hour and a half in which time I hope you will feel able to express what has brought you to me, along with what you hope to achieve in therapy. You may also want to ask me more questions about therapy. Importantly, you will experience what I’m like and how I work. Following this first appointment, subsequent appointments would generally be at the same time weekly and last 50 minutes.
